Our Workshop – Suits and Shirts

We believe it is crucial that all our employees, and the entire production process to which they contribute daily, are in safe hands. That is why we have our own production house in Vietnam, together with a local partner, that specializes in tailor-made shirts.

In the ShirtbyHand production house, 100 employees work under fair conditions. This means that we ensure a pleasant working atmosphere, a spacious workplace with modern equipment, a work week up to 45 hours, and a salary that is 20 percent higher than the local standard.

I have 25 years of experience working in exclusive shirt production. I love my job, where I can devote all my good experiences, so together with my team we can create exclusive high quality standard shirts for customers. I work whole-hearted to shirt production. Besides that I can share and transfer my knowledge in shirt production to the younger generation, helping them to develop themself. I am proud to work with a professional management board and friendly skillful tailors in a good working environment.
